We had a client ask us to revise a word document and ask us to "put imagery in". We did that. She then sent it back and asked us to "clean up the copy". We did that. When we sent it back, the Word file was zoomed at, like, 150%. I got another email that said "I think the logo got cut off." I had to verbally walk her through using the scroll bars at the bottom of the page, after I realized we were getting nowhere with the phone tutorial about adjusting the zoom on your Word document. Wow.
