We'd just finished a web site for a local housing association and were demonstrating it and its CMS to the clients staff in a classroom style presentation. Midway through our demonstration one of the client's 'older' staff members asks: "What happens if the site User doesn't have Internet access - how will they be able to see the site?" What can you say?
