I was working with computersupport, and sometimes the customers would loose their passwords to various services. We would then provide them with new passwords. This incident occured with a lady that definitly not hade came in to touch with practise of using names (this in sweden) to spell out the letters.
I started giving the password "Adam" "Gustav" "Kalle" when she halted me "don'g go so fast, do you spell "kalle" with a "C" or a "k"? I said K and continued spelling the password when she said "it's a very long password!" "no, it's just 6 letters" "No! Adam+gustav... and so on..." :)
