Client: For some reason my AutoCad isn't working.

Me: Have you made any changes to the program?

Client: Well, yesterday I went through Windows Explorer, you know, to clean up a bunch of junk I never use.

Me: Did you delete anything out of the Autocad directory?

Client: I think so, but it was all stuff I've never used before.

Me: You have to reinstall Autocad.

Client: I deleted something I shouldn't have, huh.

Me: Yes.
