We have a proof approval sheet for our artwork. Two boxes. Our
instructions (both on email and the sheet) - in large clear writing -
states, tick your choice of box (OK to go, versus alterations required),
and a verification signature.
Just how many times do we have to explain (or re-explain), you can't
just sign it, you need to tell us what you're approving
OR does sending back a completely blank unfilled sheet make you
hope you're absolving yourself of all responsibility because you haven't
actually proofread it internally and can't be bothered??
