Stupid tech support for once:
Our magazine upgraded from Indesign 2.0 to CS. Most version 2 documents
opened without flaw but there were a couple that made Indesign CS crash again
I asked Tech Support for help. They have Remote Desktop so I could see what they
did while I had them on the phone. They tried to open the doc. Indesign crashed
halfway. They tried it again. The same thing happened.
"This is beyond us," they said and dropped the issue like a hot potato.
