We're all in this big requirements discovery meeting with the CRM contrator (won't mention any [SEIBEL] names. Contractors are speaking corporate CRM bable to try and impress me. I'm ready to go to the gym and get my work out in.
One of the CRM folks continues to respond to every question with the phrase, "Oh. You'll have to employ total change management." Finally I say, "What is 'total change management'?" She says, "That's where you manage the total change." Never saw her again.
