After 5 design concepts are rejected we make yet another futile attempt at clarifying what the client wants.

Us: "It would really move things along if you could give us a firmer brief on what you are wanting".

Client "I don't know what I want, just keep sending me things, as I will then know what I don't want, but I think I will know what I want once I see it".

It took another 7 designs. Big client so we just had to wear it.
