Us asking about web app functionality: We want the table to sort A-Z AND Z-A.
Right now it only sorts A-Z.
Developer: yeah, that's not a bug so we can't fix it. Plus it might mess up the
javascript on the page.

It's not always the client whose bulb is set permanently set to "dim"
