The following is an actually technical support ticket that was routed to our office....

Description

MONITOR: customer states that after sitting at her monitor for a time her face feels like it is burning. customer is requesting local assistance to look into this. please assist.

....to which I can only guess at what may be happening here. Do we get her a tin-foil mask to wear to prevent the radiation from penetrating her skin? (We think she was looking for an excuse to upgrade from a CRT to an LCD flat-panel monitor.)
