Anyway, here's my story:
We recently changed one of our internal content management systems. Specifically, the way users upload images has been streamlined. Instead of a long list of all the files at the near-bottom of the page, it was now in a convenient pop-up. The upload form had also moved.
Before I deploy the release, I send out an e-mail describing the change in detail.
I get a reply "What about user testing?". Okay, good idea, we do it. The change passes user testing (it was a user-requested change after all).
We are still getting e-mails and bug-reports: "The image upload has disappeared!"
Hmm, aren't editors supposed to be able to Read as well as Write?
