Client: The DVD player I bought from you is not working properly.
Me: What seems to be the problem ma'am?
Client: I can only see the 1/3 of the movie, the rest is covered with two fat black rectangles below and above the image...

I've tried to explain the concept of 16:9 aspect ratio for almost 20' but nothing...
In the end I used a pen and a paper and start drawing, in order to show her the dieffrence between 4:3 and 16:9...
With stupid people you need to take stupid measures...
