During a Remote Desktop session with a user...
User: ...and I have another problem, whenever I go into word the font menu and
these other menus are all disabled and I can't select them...
*User shows me the menus in the session, and all I am thinking is, "Why hasn't she
got a document open?"
Me: Uhm, there's a very obvious problem at the moment, it might help if you have
a document open.
