I work in software support, which really doesn't do good things for one's opinion of the human race. One of my favorite support request emails consisted of the following single line:
"I just purchased your product. What should I do now?"
Also very common are emails with highly literate subject lines like "hlp plz!" -- this for a product sold to professional technical writers. Mails like this frequently contain requests like the following one, which is a verbatim quote and the entire body of the mail:
"I have a problem with your software. Please explain how to fix it right away!"
